Study abroad will allow you to earn credits and make progress toward your degree while participating in a cross-cultural learning experience. Programs vary greatly in structure, length, and benefits. Deciding to study abroad can be exciting and overwhelming and even a little scary. Click on programs above to get started browsing available program information. Study Abroad staff are always here to help you as you consider your options. You can always reach out with any questions, or schedule an appointment to talk through everything.

To start an application: Search for your program of interest
Click on the program page
Click the "Apply Now" button near the top of the program page
It will prompt you to create a log-in. Be sure to create a log-in you will remember. If you need to log into an application already in-progress, use the log-in button at the top using the log-in you created originally.
Program Information for Summer & Fall 2017 and Academic Year 2017-2018All program content was taken down for maintenance. Program information updated for the new application cycle (Summer & Fall 2017 and Academic Year 2017-2018) will start being release starting the 12-13th of January with all program information for the cycle to be posted as it comes available by January 20, 2017. Spring 2017 Study Abroad FairThe Study Abroad Fair is a great place to learn about everything study abroad. This includes available programs, the study abroad and application process, cost and funding, and more. There are two fairs at the beginning of each semester at Valparaiso University. The Fall fair features Spring and Spring Break programs. The Spring fair will feature Fall, Academic Year and Summer programs.
